Please call 1-800-605-1527 when you need to inquire about billing concerns. We want to provide each patient the convenience of having their basic billing questions (e.g., account balance, when and to whom account was billed, payments received, etc.) answered either by a patient account representative or our 24-hour/7-days-per-week electronic phone service.
Our Business Office is open to take calls from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time. As noted above, our Electronic Phone Service can answer basic patient billing concerns 24 hours/7 days a week.
Please remember that we have a financial counselor and cashier at each facility to continue our service of answering all billing concerns.
